Christ Is the Solid Rock on Which We Stand, So Therefore, Through the "Anointing of God," the "Guidance of the Holy Spirit," and the "Power of the Holy Ghost," We Stand Stronger Together, As The Righteousness of Jesus Christ to Accomplish the Kingdom Works of the Five-fold (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers) (Ephesians 4:11-16; Isaiah 61:1-4; Ephesians 1:19-23; 1 John 1:7)

Overseer Terry Stigger

To God Be All The Glory, Honor, and Praise * 1 Peter 1:3-8

Overseer Terry is a native of Rossville, TN and was raised in Memphis, TN. His bigger than life attitude illuminates that “It Is Not How You Start, but How You Choose To Finish!” His start in life began with a loving mother, siblings, and his father. Later in life, he spent his childhood to adulthood in Public Housing in Memphis, TN. As a child, he became a born-again believer in Jesus Christ.

As the story unfolded, God had plans for him to serve Him and His Kingdom. He is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, anointed and appointed for God’s Kingdom work. Because of his devotion to Jesus Christ (first), He is a loving and devoted husband, priest of his family, father, father-in-law, servant, leader, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend who exemplifies to all what it means to live a life of holiness, serve the Kingdom of God, and yes, live a fun-filled life. He loves Jesus Christ and contributes His love for Jesus as the conduit to loving his wife (Dr. Panisha Stigger) of 26 years and counting, his son (Terry Jr) and daughter (Shaquella). He vowed to lead his family along with Dr. Panisha to solidify the foundation of their marriage through the Word of God, the presence and power of the Holy Ghost, the Gifts of the Spirit, the Fruit of God’s Spirit, and Prayer. As a family that loves Jesus and each other, individually and collectively, they are unapologetically followers of Christ, Kingdom focused, and steadfast in honoring and serving Jesus Christ as they also strive to fulfill their God-given purpose in life! There is no doubt that his first ministry is his family, but God also had a calling on his life. With the heart of an armor bearer, He served for years assisting his pastor at New Destiny Church Memphis and was ordained as a deacon. He also served as a prayer intercessor and on the evangelism team. In 2009, God gave Overseers Terry and Dr. Panisha a vision for an outreach ministry. They opened the doors to New Hope Outreach Center, an evangelistic mission’s ministry. “Beyond the Walls” is where they embraced God’s people with love, compassion, and an ecumenical spirit, proclaimed the Gospel of Jesus Christ, ministered through worship services, Bible studies, prayer meetings, revivals, community evangelism, and community outreaches. They provided pastoral care to those who were homeless or marginalized, assisted with resources for housing, provided transportation, and fostered relationships in the beloved communities. With no salaries and donations only, from 2009 to 2013 they served over 3,500 hot meals, provided thousands of pounds of food through the food pantry, provided clothing, shoes, and toiletries, scheduled empowerment seminars, and more within Mid-town Memphis and Highland Heights communities. Overseer Terry and Dr. Panisha have served with several churches spanning from Pentecostal, Full Gospel Baptist, and Non-Denominational. While on the journey of serving God’s Kingdom, he also served with the Assemblies of God Fellowship and served as an altar worker at Cathedral of Praise Church. In 2014, the Holy Spirit spoke, and they relocated to Huntsville, Alabama continuing outreach ministry, which later became an inner-city church plant. Like Abraham, they packed it all and traveled to North Carolina to continue Kingdom ministry. Today, Kingdom ministry continues through Christians for Christ Network. They began serving with the International Ministry Network of Churches in 2022 where Overseer Terry was licensed as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He also serves to do the work of a prophet as led by the Holy Spirit. Throughout the years of marriage and life, he has been a true supporter of his wife and her years of military service, ministry, and completing her educational goals all while maintaining over 30 years of employment in different positions to include positions within the city, government, and currently employed with a state position preparing to retire. He believes that as followers of Christ, we must never forget that our purpose is to live holy, have intimate worship and intentional fellowship with our Lord, study God’s Word, exercise power and authority in Jesus, be fruitful and multiply, lead the world to Christ, and live a life that displays honor to God through Christ Jesus. “You can make this choice by loving the Lord your God, obeying him, and committing yourself firmly to him. This is the key to your life. And if you love and obey the Lord, you will live long in the land the Lord swore to give your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob” (Deut. 30:20).

Overseer, Dr. Panisha Stigger

To God Be All The Glory, Honor, and Praise * 1 Peter 1:3-8

Dr. Panisha Stigger is a lover and follower of Jesus Christ, a worshiper and prayer warrior, who loves and devoted to her husband and children, an anointed and ordained vessel of the Lord, called and chosen with a multigenerational yoke-destroying anointing to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and demonstrate His power in the earth.

She serves to accomplish the Kingdom work of an apostle, pastor, evangelist, and teacher to advance the Kingdom of God, equip, empower, and encourage the body of Christ to “Rise Up” in the knowledge of the Word of God, the authority, power, and purpose of Jesus Christ as His Righteousness and to Reach and Disciple This World Through the Love of Christ! She serves and she leads five-fold ministries, coaching lay persons, and ministers through spiritual formation, ministry, church planting and development. She received a precious gift from my Lord and is truly grateful to her Lord for “A Purposed Driven Life!” She commemorates All the Love, Glory, Honor, and Praise to the Lord as she reflects upon a brief synopsis below of her life as asserted in her first published book, This Love Is So Real: An Inspirational Memoir of Life, Love, and Living in the Fullness of Christ. Her story began when God breathed through her lungs and allowed her to open her eyes to her mother (passed to be with the Lord, 1999) and father (passed to be with the Lord, 2014) who were in love as teenagers. As her story continued, she was raised by her loving mother and grandmother (passed to be with the Lord, 2003), spent her early years in public housing and poverty-stricken conditions that lasted until she graduated from high school. Amid it all, she also experienced painful times in her life that left her empty on the inside, but hopeful on the outside. Despite not being raised in a biblical/spiritual setting or saved in my early days, she still believed that life looking forward was better than life looking backward. Throughout her journey in ministry and serving in churches and leading a variety of ministries, she has had the honor of ministering to thousands and witnessing a countless number of people accept Christ, be spiritually delivered, healed, restored, and transformed through God’s Word via establishing new ministries, non-profits, church planting, ministering at many churches (different denominations and fellowships), revivals, conferences, seminars, workshops, ministering internationally, and more. If she is asked why she is unstoppable and immovable in serving the Lord, her answer is “Falling In Love With Jesus Is The Greatest Decision She Has Have Ever Made!” Today, she continues glorifying and thanking the Lord for His unwavering love, unmerited grace, and mercies throughout my life and ministry. As she navigated from childhood to adulthood, she never gave up hope that her latter would be better than her former. One day, she believed that she would be able to pay it forward and never forget what the Lord brought her from and carried her to. The Lord blessed as she became a lover and follower of Jesus Christ, saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost, a wife, a mother, and the accomplishments highlighted below to honor the Lord. She could not have excelled in ways never imagined without the love, support, and prayers of her husband of twenty-six years and counting, daughter, son, family, brothers, and sisters of faith who served with her. She gives the Lord All the Glory, Honor, and Praise for every aspect of her life, ministry, and the accomplishments below! *Retired in 2006 under “Honorable Conditions” with 20 years of active service in the United States Navy, receiving several medals, ribbons, and letters of appreciation, selected as Sailor of the Month and Sailor of the Year. The writings of my life were not upon any wall, and I could not have imagined how the twists, turns, trials, and tribulations would have equated to so many testimonies. It is and continues as a privilege to achieve and succeed in all that the Lord appoints, anoint, and allow as I am reminded and every follower of Christ is reminded of Colossians 3:17, “And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father.” Lord, I love You from the depths of my soul! Lord, thank you for loving me and granting me daily grace and mercy! I can Never Thank or repay You for who You are in my life and who I am because of You! “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28
